We recognise that in entrusting your digital operations and automation needs to AUTTO the security of your data is paramount. The technical architecture of AUTTO has been designed for security from inception. All data in AUTTO is encrypted in transit and at rest.
ISO27001
As part of our commitment to information security, AUTTO has undertaken and completed ISO27001 Certification. This is the leading, internationally recognised standard for managing information and data security. You can read more about this here. We are regularly inspected to ensure our ongoing compliance with the ISO27001 standard.
Data Ownership
All data input into AUTTO by you, your colleagues or your clients or customers is owned by you. This includes the design of any workflows or processes. AUTTO has features that ensure your complete data set is accessible and exportable by you at all times.
Payment Security
AUTTO does not hold or process any credit card or payment information on any of its servers at any time. All payments within AUTTO is processed directly by the market-leading payment services provider Stripe. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 Payment Services provider; this is the highest level.
Operations
AUTTO’s primary operations are hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) EU West Data Centre in Ireland. AWS operates market-leading physical security at its Data Centres and is ISO27001 certified among many other certifications; you can read more about their security here
All data within the AUTTO application is held within a resilient and secure Docker-Kubernetes deployment platform. All data within AUTTO is backed-up securely to encrypted storage every 3 hours.
