Do I need to add my credit card details for a free trial?
No, not at all! You can sign up for free without adding your credit card details to give you a trial of the AUTTO platform without the commitment of a monthly subscription.
How long is the free trial for and what happens when my free trial ends?
Our free trial lasts 14 days so you can get a full understanding on how to build workflows in AUTTO. Once the 14 days end, you can simply upgrade your subscription to either the Basic, Business or Enterprise plans. These are all accessible within the AUTTO platform, under Main Menu > Subscriptions.
Can I add colleagues/team members to my free trial?
Of course! We want you and your team members to test if AUTTO is right for you and your business needs. All you have to do is log in, click the menu button on the top-right and select Administration. Then on the left hand side select Administrators, enter their email address and click invite. An email invite will be sent to your team member for them to access workflows you have been working on.
How do I subscribe after my free trial?
If you are happy with everything AUTTO offers, all you have to do is pick the price plan that is the best fit for your business, add in your credit card details and you will begin using AUTTO under your new subscription.
How much does AUTTO cost?
At AUTTO our mission is to make automation accessible to all, regardless of the size of your business. So we have three tiers of plans, Basic, Business and Enterprise. All our prices can be found on our pricing page – here.
When will I be charged to use AUTTO?
After you sign up to one of our subscriptions you will be charged monthly on the credit card you entered upon subscribing. If you would like to pay by invoice please contact us via the link in the bar at the top of the screen in AUTTO
I can’t remember my AUTTO URL, how do I login to my account?
Not a problem at all. All you have to do is go to the registration email we send you with all the information you need to access your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We will be sad to see you go, but if you do decide that AUTTO is not the right fit for you, Admin users can simply cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the ‘Cancel Subscription link’ on the Admin dashboard.
Will our data be safe?
Yes, AUTTO is independently certified to the ISO27001 standard and you can find out more here
Are there any extra charges in addition to the monthly/yearly fee?
No, there are no hidden charges.
Can I extend my free trial?
Please contact our automation specialists if you would like to extend your free trial and we can discuss an extension.
Do you restrict access to any features during the free trial?
Yes you can see what features are available on the free trial on our pricing page. If you would like to trial features not normally available in the free trial please contact us.
